According to her LinkedIn page, Boza-Holman has been employed in the public sector and political organisations ever since she received her degree in political science from Southern Methodist University in 2011.
During her nearly two years of service to John Boehner, the previous Speaker of the House, she began her tenure in the office as a staff assistant and then advanced to the position of communications adviser.
The majority of 2016 was spent by Boza-Holman working for the Republican National Committee.
Her responsibilities included acting as the press secretary for the Hispanic media.
After a brief stint working for the inauguration committee, Boza-Holman joined the White House staff during the Trump administration to serve as the director of regional communications.
In that capacity, Boza-Holman reportedly brought in a salary of $62,000 a year, as stated in a report on White House personnel that was published in June of 2017.
The following year, in January 2018, Boza-Holman began working as the director of strategic media in the office of Vice President Mike Pence.
She continued working in that capacity for another two years before making the transition to the Department of Homeland Security.
In her role as deputy assistant secretary for media affairs, Boza-Holman continued to serve until August 2020. From then on till the present, she works as a communications specialists at the Washington DC – Baltimore Area. One of the top companies that her job serves is the Department of Homeland Security.
