Eudoxie Mbouguiengue is an American philanthropist, fitness model, uthor, and entrepreneur of Gabonese origin. She is best known as being the wife of famous American rapper and actor Ludacris.
Mbouguiengue runs a charitable organization called Unspoken Angels. It offers support and other kinds of assistance to women in America and West Africa who have experienced mental, verbal, or sexual abuse.
Early Life and Education
Eudoxie was born on May 14, 1986 in a village in Gabon, West Africa. Her father was American and her mother was of Gabonese ethnicity. She immigrated to the US at a young age without knowing even a word of English. Eudoxie also suffered from mental, verbal, and sexual abuse whilst growing up.
Despite the hardships and the varied challenges, Eudoxie studied hard and eventually received a bachelor’s degree and then a Master’s degree.
Personal Life
After a few failed relationships, Eudoxie met Ludacris in 2009 and they began dating.
Ludacris, formally called Christopher Bridges, proposed to Eudoxie whilst they were vacationing in Costa Rica in 2014. They were flying in a private plane and his proposal ‘Eudoxie, will you marry me?’ was written on the ground in blue ink. The two then got married on December 26, 2014.
After her marriage to Ludacris, Eudoxie adopted the name ‘Eudoxie Bridges.’
The couple had their first child in June 2015. They named their daughter Cadence Bridges. She is also stepmother to the two daughters of Ludacris from his older relationships.
Eudoxie had a miscarriage in May 2018.
