Manjari Phadnis (age 29, born July 10, 1984) is an Indian actress known for her roles in Bollywood films like Grand Masti and Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, apart from films in many other languages. Manjari belongs a non-filmi family, with her father as an army officer and mother as a house-wife. She had worked in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali cinema apart from Bollywood. Manjari debuted in Bollywood in 2004 with a role in a flop movie ‘Rok Sako toh Rok Lo’ in 2004. She found popularity in the film ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na’ as the girl who has a crush on Imran Khan. In 2008, she did a couple of South Indian films including Siddu From Srikakulam (Telugu) and Muthirai (Tamil) but both the movies flopped. Interestingly, she had even sung a song for the Tamil movie. She continued doing South Indian films with varying degree of success.
In 2011, the 1.68 meter tall Manjari played a role in a movie called Zokkomon. In 2013, Manjari Phadnis had two back to back releases in Bollywood including the successful Grand Masti and a flop, Warning-3D. Manjari has also endorsed products like Onida TV and iBall pen drives.
